The Iranian Revolutionary Guard militia approved a financial increase of 200,000 Syrian pounds (equivalent to 14 dollars) to the salaries of its members in Deir Ezzor, according to a DeirEzzor24 network reporter.
According to the reporter, the monthly wage for members of the Iranian Revolutionary Guard militia amounts to 1,800 thousand Syrian pounds, and with this increase it reached two million Syrian pounds (equivalent to 140 dollars), with an increase in compensation for family members received from real estate exchanges in the city of Deir Ezzor or from other manpower finances.
The average salaries of members of the Iranian Revolutionary Guard militia in Deir Ezzor are approximately 5 times the average salaries of employees in the public sector in the Assad regime, and this is what makes it a strong point of attraction for the people of Deir Ezzor to the ranks of the militia.
