Al-Qouriya City Council called on residents of the Al-Wasat neighborhood, which extends from the stone arch to the secondary school roundabout, and those wishing to extend water or sewage lines to their homes and shops, to complete the excavation and extension work within a maximum period of ten days from the date of issuance of the announcement.

The Council explained that implementing the works requires referring back to the Al-Qouria City Council, stressing the prohibition of carrying out any excavation or extension work after the expiry of the specified period, in preparation for extending the asphalt layer for the main entrance to the city.

The Council also called on landowners wishing to build in the future to take advantage of the specified deadline to carry out the necessary excavation and extension work, after referring back to the Council, to avoid preventing them from carrying out any excavation or extension work later after the completion of the asphalt work.

The announcement comes as part of preparations to implement asphalting works at the main entrance to the city of Al-Qouria, ensuring the completion of service extensions before the start of road paving work.
