The Iranian Revolutionary Guard militia seized a house belonging to a civilian in al-Tammu neighborhood in Al-Mayadeen city in the eastern Deir Ezzor countryside.
According to exclusive details obtained by Deir Ezzor 24 network, the Iranian Revolutionary Guard militia began raising their flags and writing sectarian slogans on the walls of the houses it had seized after turning them into security and military headquarters.
According sources, the Iranian militias closed some streets in al-Tammu neighborhood in Al-Mayadeen city, taking the area as security zone for their forces in the city.
The Iranian militias raised their flags in Al-Mayadeen after the Quds force commander in the Iranian Revolutionary “Qasem Soleimani visited the eastern Deir Ezzor countryside, meeting with the militia elements.
It is indicated that after taking control of Al-Mayadeen city in the eastern Deir Ezzor countryside, Iran turned al-Tammu neighborhood into a closed military zone, in addition, it is an operations room for the Iranian forces in the city.
The Iranian militias prevented the families living in al-Tammu neighborhood from returning to it as their elements seized civilian homes in the neighborhood, which is one of the most important sites of the Iranian forces in the area.
