A meeting was held on Sunday between Arab tribal leaders and an American delegation in Azbah area in the northern Deir Ezzor countryside, to discuss the conditions of the region.
According to Deir Ezzor 24 reporter, the US forces said they would discuss the continuity of US forces existence in the region, and working to defend it.
The meeting was coincided with a tension between the population and the SDF about the oil wells controlled by the SDF in Deir Ezzor countryside.
The Coalition has also recently held several meetings with the civil councils and the tribes leaders in Deir Ezzor countryside.
It is noteworthy that US forces are deployed throughout Deir Ezzor countryside, and they establish military bases to fight Daesh in the region.
