Daesh cells attacked the Russian affiliated 17th Division and Liwaa al-Quds militias in the western Deir Ezzor badiyah. These militias operate by direct Russian orders and coverage.

Such updates starred disagreements with other militias which forced the Russian forces in the area to intervene by requesting an urgent meeting with the commanders of the Eastern area in the al-Talae’ camp. The aim of the meeting was to settle the disagreement between the Iranian Revolutionary Guard militias, the Assad regime militias and the Russian militias to reach convergence.

Tension and disagreement between the National Defense (NDF) militias and the Liwaa al-Quds militias surfaced recently, as both sides exchanged accusations on the background of the resentment of the Liwaa al-Quds reluctance to support the NDF to repel the repeated Daesh attacks, which caused deaths from the NDF and increased the tension between both sides.
