Yesterday, Monday (June 29th), Assad’s forces closed Port Said Street in Deir Ezzor from 12:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m., Deir Ezzor 24 Network correspondent said.
According to our correspondent, the Republican Guard of Assad’s forces closed Port Said Street for some hours to use it as a military line for transporting weapons and ammunition to the mountain points that overlook Deir Ezzor city.
It is indicated that Assad’s forces control the strategic area of the mountain, which is one of the most important military points in the city, as it overlooks Deir Ezzor city’s neighborhoods and is used as a supply line for Deir Ezzor military airport.
