A source told Deir Ezzor 24 network that brokers working for the National Defense Militia commander in Deir Ezzor (Firass Al-Iraqiyeh) have sold houses and lands in Huwayjat Sakar area for Iranian figures.
According to the source, Al-Iraqiyeh was adopted by Iranian figures as an agent for purchasing real estates and lands for Iran, so he employed a network of local brokers for this task.
It is indicated that the Iranian militias have already seized a number of houses in Huwayjat Sakar and turned them into headquarters, which prompted some civilians from the area to sell their properties to avoid confiscation by Iran.
