DeirEzzor24 exclusive report:
The correspondent of DeirEzzor24 network said that the people of Deir Ezzor refrain from requesting direct (unsubsidized) diesel through the smart card.
Our correspondent added that the reason for the people’s refusal to request diesel from the card is the high price of it compared to the black market, where a liter of diesel through the smart card is 2500 Syrian pounds, while its price on the black market and within the Assad regime-controlled areas of Deir Ezzor does not exceed 2,100 Syrian pounds per liter.
The allocations for each citizen of unsubsidized diesel through the smart card are up to 50 liters per month.
