Yesterday, the Villat Al-Dahiya neighborhood in the city of Deir Ezzor experienced the deployment of security personnel in civilian clothing, including local members of the Alawite security affiliated with the Iranian Revolutionary Guard militia, according to a local DeirEzzor24 reporter.
According to our reporter, the officers searched the private cell phones of young people and some university students in front of University Presidency Street for reasons related to filming the recent bombing and social media correspondence.
It is noteworthy that no arrest was documented, unlike the first day of the bombing, in which young men were arrested for photographing the building destruction caused by the strike.
