DeirEzzor24 exclusive report:
DeirEzzor24 correspondent said that the 4th Division of Assad’s forces imposed a new fee of 2000 Syrian pounds on each ton of the amount of fodder for agricultural associations that cross their checkpoints in Deir Ezzor.
Our correspondent added that the materials on which the Fourth Division imposed fees belong to the government, but it did not pay attention to that and placed the new fee, even though it is illegal.
He pointed out that the imposed fees include the quantities of fodder (barley and bran) coming from outside the governorate to the adoption centers and Al-Mayadin in the Deir Ezzor countryside, in addition to the quantities transferred from these centers to the warehouses of the agricultural associations in the villages of Deir Ezzor.
The Fourth Division plays the role of a thug in Deir Ezzor through its checkpoints, by imposing fees and taking royalties, in addition to managing some smuggling crossings.
