The ATMs of Al-Furat University and the Real Estate Bank in the city of Deir Ezzor went out of service, as a result of a malfunction more than two weeks ago, according to the correspondent of DeirEzzor24 Network.
He said that all 6 ATMs in Deir Ezzor are out of service, which led to the suspension of most of the salaries of retirees and the transfer of others to accountants appointed in postal centers.
This delay in handing over the salaries of retirees forced retirees to pay bribes to collect their dues pending repair of these devices in Damascus.
