Increase in the level of the Euphrates River in Deir Ezzor

The past few days witnessed a significant rise in the water level of the Euphrates River in Deir Ezzor Governorate, after torrential rains formed as a result of the recent rains, according to the correspondent of DeirEzzor24 Network.

He said that in addition to the high water level, the filtration stations in Deir Ezzor governorate have stopped due to the high percentage of turbidity (mud) in the water, while the third irrigation sector has been temporarily suspended since yesterday as a result of the area being satisfied with rainwater.

The eastern region witnessed heavy rainfall this season, which exceeded the levels it reached in previous seasons.
