This morning, the branch of the Baath Party in Deir Ezzor instructed the secretaries of the people and party teams to submit papers for at least ten names of members working in the party, to run for the local administration elections, according to the correspondent of Deir Ezzor 24 network.
Our correspondent added that the party’s instructing the division’s secretaries to nominate active members is illegal and a form of electoral fraud, especially since the nomination was closed since two o’clock in the afternoon on Thursday the day before yesterday.
He pointed out that these orders came directly from the branch secretary, “Raed Al-Ghadban,” under the pretext of completing the identification papers of the former candidates.
