Pro-Assad regime al-Talae’ organization branch of Deir Ezzor has recently held a seminar with regard to the right of citizens to take part in the upcoming “parliamentary elections” to be conducted soon in the regime held areas of Syria.

It obligatory that everyone goes to the elections centers in Deir Ezzor to elect those who will defend the nation from the threat of terrorism, extremism and those wishing to ruin and break down the unity of Syria. Our country is going through very tough and deplorable conditions, voting representatives of civilians has become a must,” says Tayssi al-Hassani, the head of the pro-Assad regime al-Talae’ organization branch of Deir Ezzor.

“When the terrorists attempted to wreck the city of Deir Ezzor, teachers played a very major role in stabilizing the situation by spreading awareness among students and their fathers concerning the critical situation the city was facing at that time. Teachers must play the same role in this tough period to persuade civilians to participate in the upcoming parliamentary elections.” Says the head of teachers association in Deir Ezzor.

Observers describe the parliamentary elections to be held soon in Syria by the Assad-regime as being a total scandal. The same regime has been attempting to suppress the revolution by all available means for years now. It is also ridiculous to conduct what it calls “ elections’’ in a province like Deir Ezzor where the regime controls only a besieged pocket while Daesh is control of the rest. No doubt, it is laughable and outrageous to hold elections in besieged neighborhoods of Deir Ezzor where civilians are going through miserable conditions and starving to death.
