A source told Deir Ezzor 24 network that the Iranian Revolutionary Guard militia has recently distributed “Karbala Turbah” pieces to some of its new volunteers, especially the children, in Al-Bukamal city.
According to the source, figures belong to the revolutionary guard have distributed the pieces to the new members, while preaching to them and urging them to pray on these pieces “so that their prayers will be accepted according to Shi’a beliefs.”
It is noteworthy that this action is part of the Iranian Revolutionary Guard militia’s attempts to convert Deir Ezzor’s volunteers in the Iranian proxy militias to its brand of Shiism.
