Al-Qaterji Militia trapped its fighters in terrorism. A source told DeirezZor 24 Network that fighters expressed surprise to know that one of the document’ terms upon which they joined the militia convicts the fighters for terrorism cases.
The source added that the al- Qaterji Militia fighters, who refrained from joining compulsory recruitment in Assad’s forces, are enlisted on terrorism lists along with Daesh and al-Nusra members.
The fighters expressed anger upon discovering this serious term. The fighters decried the term that convicts them in the future, especially with the militia commanders’ indifference.
Al-Qaterji Militia is a parallel militia. Russian forces run the milita’s administrative affairs; however,its fighters and commanders are locals.
