DeirEzzor24 exclusive report:
Most of the governmental pledges of the Assad regime in Deir Ezzor province have stopped with the sharp rise in the dollar and the collapse of the Syrian pound, according to the correspondent of DeirEzzor24 Network.
Our correspondent said that most of the suspended pledges included contracts in favor of municipalities and institutions of the Assad regime.
He added that the contractors demanded that new studies be prepared by the Technical Services Directorate, including the adjustment of prices in line with the high cost of materials and the depreciation of the Syrian pound.
The Syrian pound fell to a historical level, during the past few days, that had not been recorded before, as the exchange rate of one dollar reached more than 10 thousand Syrian pounds.
