DeirEzzor24 exclusive report:
Deir Ezzor 24 network learned from informed sources that the leadership of the Iranian Revolutionary Guards militia has assigned the leadership of the Liwa al-Hussein group in the town of Ayyash in Deir Ezzor to Osama al-Hussein,” succeeding the commander, “Fayez al-Jadhaan,” known as “Abu Sari,” who was dismissed earlier, on accusations of issues of corruption and theft.
Al-Hussein, who comes from the town of Hawaij Thiyab “Shamiya”, is known for his loyalty to Iran’s pilgrims who are in the western line, and for his deposition of a herd of sheep in his town owned by Hajj “Maysam”.
The “Al-Hussein” group in the town of Ayash recently suffered from a decrease in the number of its members, as their number does not currently exceed 56 members, as a result of their low salaries, compared to the salaries of other Iranian militia members, which exceed 90,000 pounds.
It is noteworthy that the members of the “Al-Hussein” group are mostly from the region, who are wanted for compulsory or reserve service, or who are involved in the Katerji militia and the Fifth Corps.
The group’s job is limited to guarding the Ayyash warehouses and some points near the “Abu al-Fadl al-Abbas” camp, south of the town, on a bi-monthly shift.
