Yesterday, Friday 14-6-2019, a meeting of the SDF-linked military council leaders from the Arab and Kurdish components was held in Al-Omar field under the so-called (meeting of the region’s leaders), according to D24 correspondent.

Our correspondent confirmed that the meeting has resulted in the removal of (Hatem al-Busaud Abu Islam) from the leadership of Deir Ezzor Military Council in the western countryside because of his support to Sheikh (Hachem al-Bashir) when the SDF tried to arrest him.

They also discussed military matters, and stressed the need to continue the efforts to eliminate Daesh cells in the region.

Our correspondent indicated that the meeting brought together the leader of the Deir Ezzor Military council Ahmed al-Khubeil Abu Khawla, Hatem al-Busaud, Khalil al-Wahesh and Abu Ali Fulaz as representatives of the Arab component, and Kurdish leaders such as Shaheen Wajeeh, Mazloum and others.

It is recalled that D24 network had previously published a detailed article on the incident of Hachem al-Bashir that took place in the western Deir Ezzor countryside, and the resultant tension and the difference in positions between some Arab and Kurdish leaders in the SDF.
