DeirEzzor24 exclusive report:
The markets of the city of Al-Mayadeen, east of Deir Ezzor, witnessed a significant increase in the prices of fruits, according to what was reported by the Deir Ezzor 24 network correspondent.
Our correspondent said that this increase was due to the delay of the Fourth Division, stationed at the Kabaj checkpoint, in the entry of fruit refrigerators into the governorate in general and the squares in particular, due to the drivers’ refusal to pay royalties amounting to 500 thousand Syrian pounds to the checkpoint, which prompted the Fourth Division members to prevent their entry until they paid the amount.
It is worth mentioning that royalties from the fourth checkpoints in Deir ez-Zor are one of the most important reasons for the increase in materials of all kinds in the markets of Deir ez-Zor.
