It consisted of clinics for the areas of internal medicine and pediatrics, in addition to a pharmacy. The dispensary was frequented by over 150 individuals daily, with the dispensary serving a general population of 350,000 people. The clinics had a staff of 19 people including doctors, nurses and pharmacists.
