The Iranian Revolutionary Guard militia (IRGC) opened the door for those who reconciled with Assad regime to join its ranks by submitting application forms at the old building of the Faculty of Education in Deir Ezzor city, according to Deir Ezzor 24 network correspondent.
Our correspondent added that the militia provided inducements for the new members, such as the period of their service in the IRGC would be included in their compulsory service in Assad’s forces, their service would be within Deir Ezzor city and its countryside, they will work only 15 days of every month, and will receive a monthly salary of 90,000 Syrian pounds per member, in addition to food aid.
Our correspondent said that the leadership of the IRGC Militia required the new recruits must get approval from the “Friends Committee” and attach it with the application form.
The IRGC Militia has recently concluded an agreement with Assad’s forces, that provides for coordination between the two parties regarding including the IRGC militia members’ service period in Assad forces.
