A correspondent for DeirEzzor24 said that the Iranian Security Office has intensified its night patrols in the city of Albukamal, east of Deir Ezzor, especially on its outskirts and on the banks of the Euphrates River.
Our correspondent added that Iranian security has intensified surprise inspection campaigns of the headquarters of the Iranian-backed militias, due to ongoing suspicions of local elements, as well as due to the escapes carried out by the elements.
The Security Office is working to recruit more civilians to work as spies for it, to increase its security grip on the city after it was forced to reduce its daytime patrols in front of the people.
