This morning, a delegation including Iranian and Iraqi oil experts and engineers arrived in the city of Al-Bukamal in company with security guards, a private source told the DeirEzzor24 network.
The source said that the delegation came from Damascus, and they were received by a number of leaders of the Iranian Revolutionary Guard militia in Al-Bukamal, and representatives of the Iranian Milad Oil Company residing in Al-Bukamal.
He added that the delegation headed to oil wells and other areas to examine the soil, with the aim of developing existing oil wells and digging other wells with modern Iranian equipment, to benefit the Iranian-backed militias in the region as much as possible.
It is noteworthy that the delegation will remain in Al-Bukamal for several days, to examine the largest possible area of in the countryside in search of oil.
