Iranian-backed militias removed three checkpostsin the villages of Sukaruya and al-Hamdan,as well as a checkpoint at the outskirts of Al-Bukamal, according to a local reporter of the DeirEzzor24 network.
Our reporter said that they had removed the checkpoints after some militias members refused to operate them due to fear of air strikes.
Iranian militias have abandonned several positions and checkpoints in Deir Ezzor since the recent American strikes.
