On Tuesday, October 13, The Health Authority in Deir Ezzor Civil Council of the autonomous dministration in northeastern Syria announced the start of the rehabilitation project of Abu Hamam hospital in Abu Hamam town in al-Shaitat area in the eastern Deir Ezzor countryside.
The project was announced one day after laying the foundation for the rehabilitation project of “Hajin” hospital in Hajin city eastern Deir Ezzor.
These events were attended officially by representatives of the international coalition and the U.S. State Department, and civilian, political and military leaders of the region’s administration, as well as dignitaries and elders from Deir Ezzor.
These projects are sponsored and supervised by the International Coalition and the U.S. State Department, who have confirmed their support for developmental and service projects in Deir Ezzor to help establishing stability and security in the region.
These two projects were preceded the launch of the irrigation plant project in the northern Deir Ezzor countryside a few days ago. The plant will cover an area of 250 km and serve about 480,000 people.
These developmental projects, which are supervised by the international coalition in Deir Ezzor, are being carried out in conjunction with a security campaign for the coalition against Daesh remnants, and Assad regime and Iran’s cells, that occasionally carry out criminal acts to destabilize security and stability in the region.
