The workshops of, the Sanitation Department of the Public Works Directorate continued to carry out their field work, as part of the plan to respond to residents’ complaints, with the aim of improving the situation of services and addressing technical problems in the networks.

The interventions included a number of neighborhoods, including Al-Firdaws, Al-Nahdah, Al-Derayah, Nazlet Shehada , and Waraqat Al-Samra, where the teams focused on repairing faults and raising the efficiency of sewage lines, in a way that reduces congestion and improves the level of service.

The Directorate confirmed its continued follow-up of complaints received and work to address them as quickly as possible, despite the challenges and limited capabilities, noting that these efforts come within the framework of strengthening the infrastructure and improving the services provided to residents.
