The DeirEzzor24 network monitored a significant increase in fertilizer prices at the Agricultural Bank in the city of Deir Ezzor.
One of our local reporters said today that the price of a bag of urea fertilizer reached 600,000 SYP, earthen fertilizer 500,000 SYP, and 400 SYP for 30-grain fertilizer.
He added that this increase remains one of the biggest obstacles to agriculture, in addition to the agricultural diesel that was transferred according to the smart card with an allocation of one and a half liters for each irrigation, which does not suffice for 10% of the need for fuel.
Furthermore, tillage reached 100 thousand SYP per dunum, and the prices of seeds reached 3,950 SYP for one kilo in the Seed Multiplication Department in Deir Ezzor.
