According to the correspondent of DeirEzzor24 Network, the Agricultural Association in the city of Al-Mayadeen, east of Deir Ezzor, distributed small quantities of agricultural fertilizer to farmers in the city.
Our correspondent said that the distributed quantity only covered a small number of farmers, and each recipient farmer received a share of no more than 4 kg of fertilizer for each dunum of agricultural land, which is a very small quantity, as each dunum needs between 20 and 35 kg of fertilizer.
It is worth noting that the delivery was limited to farmers affiliated with the Baath Party or loyal to the Iranian-backed militias and no others, leaving the majority of farmers in the region without fertilizer.
