D24 exclusive:
Special sources for D24 network confirmed that today, Friday, the SDF and the international coalition reached a final agreement with Daesh in its last enclave east of the Euphrates.
The sources confirmed that the agreement provided that Daesh will not return to the areas controlled by the SDF east of the Euphrates in Deir Ezzor countryside.
The sources indicated that the terms included the evacuation and treatment of the wounded, the protection of women without carrying with them any weapons, and that some prisoners will be received by the international Coalition in particular.
According to the sources, the most important group in Daesh known as “Point 11” will leave the area, which includes the most prominent fighters in Daesh. ( Point 11) is one of the most important targets of the international coalition, who has closely monitored its movement and already killed some of its leaders, including persons with European nationalities.
What is known about the fighters of (point 11) is that they do not communicate at all with the Syrians elements, they are separate in their movements and have a special security situation and they are the ones who put the conditions for withdrawal.
Daesh has begun counting its fighters and is preparing to leave the east of the Euphrates, as the organization put the money in boxes that were used to store weapons.
And for the direction of the organization, the sources confirmed that its direction is unknown until now, but it is likely that the elements of the organization will be transported to the Anbar desert, or the badiyah of Al-Tanaf in Homs countryside.
As for Daesh leaders, the sources said:
“Some of the prominent leaders who were previously declared dead are still living in hiding until the search for them is discontinued, and a large percentage of those remaining in point 11 speaks just English.”
The sources suggested that in the next two days Daesh will irreversibly leave the east of the Euphrates, through the last agreement, which will be sponsored and protected directly by the international coalition.
