On Saturday, February 6, the presidential body of the Autonomous Administration’s Executive Council in Northeastern Syria held an expanded meeting to discuss ways to facilitate the issuance of “newcomer cards” to the Syrians coming to the autonomous administration areas in northeastern Syria.
The meeting was attended by all heads of internal bodies and committees in the autonomous administration, as well as leaders of the Internal Security Forces and the heads of executive councils in the areas of northeastern Syria.
The meeting was held following several demands by people to reduce the red tape and bureaucracy in issuing the newcomer cards for the Syrians from other provinces and living in the areas of northeastern Syria.
The Interior Authority and its committees will soon issue new instructions to organize and facilitate the obtaining of “newcomer cards” by people.
