Sporadic clashes have been taking place for two days between Daesh remnants on one hand and the national defense (NDF), Jaysh al-Ashayer and groups of Iranian militias on the other in al-Bishri badiyah southern Deir Ezzor, according to Deir Ezzor correspondent.
Our correspondent added that while combing the area, the militias found a decapitated body of an NDF member who was arrested by the group about two months ago.
Assad’s forces and its militias have launched a new campaign late last week to comb the badiyah of Deir Ezzor.
