The Assad regime has re-equipped Al-Mayadeen City Court in the eastern Deir Ezzor countryside, the first institution to be rehabilitated by the Assad regime since it took control of the city in late 2017.
The rehabilitation was to ensure that the court comes into operation in Al-Mayadeen city and its villages east of Deir Ezzor, according to the Assad regime’s media.
And the Assad regime had reopened previously the building of the Civil Affairs in the Government Complex (Al-Saraya) in the center of Al-Mayadeen, but the attestation of all official papers remains only through the Civil affairs Department in Deir Ezzor city.
The Assad regime is seeking to restore its military and security institutions in Al-Mayadeen city, as the military security building has been put into operation in the Eastern neighborhood of Al-Mayadeen city.
The Assad regime is trying to market itself as being able to rehabilitate the cities and towns it took control of in the eastern Deir Ezzor countryside, to show people that the city is living a normal life.
