Asphalt of Al-Hajjanah Street in Albukamal begins after a hiatus of more than five months

Today, the technical services in the city of Albukamal began the asphalt works of Al-Hajjanah Street, after a hiatus that lasted for more than five months, following the completion of the road scraping works and preparing it for paving.

The paving works are being carried out under the supervision of the technical services in Albukamal and the Municipal Council, as part of efforts aimed at improving the reality of roads within the city and raising the level of services provided to the people.

Al-Hagana Street is one of the vital roads in Albukamal. Its rehabilitation and paving comes after a period of waiting, amid demands from residents to accelerate the rehabilitation work of the remaining damaged roads.

According to local data, about 70 percent of the city’s roads need paving and rehabilitation work, which makes the roads file one of the most prominent service needs in Albukamal, and requires continuing work on rehabilitating them according to the priorities and available capabilities.

Residents hope that the paving and rehabilitation works will continue to include the largest possible number of city streets, which will contribute to improving traffic flow and reducing the suffering of residents.
