Al Rawda Health Center in Albukamal… Free medical services enhance healthcare for residents

Al Rawda Health Center was opened in the Twaiba area of Albukamal city, following the completion of restoration and equipment work, in a step aimed at enhancing the health conditions and expanding the scope of free medical services, facilitating residents’ access to the necessary health care.
The center was opened under the auspices of the Ministry of Health and the Health Directorate in Deir Ezzor, with the support of the organization **ICNA Relief Canada**, and in cooperation with the association **ONSUR **, as part of efforts aimed at supporting the health sector and improving the level of services provided to the population.
The center provides a range of medical services through clinics specializing in internal medicine, children and women, in addition to a laboratory for medical tests, and a department for routine vaccinations for children, which receives visitors on Mondays of every week.
The opening of the center is expected to contribute to enhancing health services in the city of Albukamal, and reducing the financial burdens on the residents, by providing free medical examinations and consultations, and providing health services closer to the needs of the local community.
