As part of efforts to strengthen the healthcare sector in Deir Ezzor Governorate, Al-Mayadin National Hospital has been provided with a range of medications and medical consumables (kits), with support from the International Rescue Committee (IRC), in cooperation with the Ministry of Health and the Health Directorate in Deir Ezzor.
This support comes as part of ongoing efforts to enhance the hospital’s preparedness and meet the growing demand for medical services, contributing to the improvement of healthcare quality for the residents of Al-Mayadin and the surrounding areas.
The relevant authorities affirmed that supplying the hospital with these vital items is an important step in boosting its capacity to respond to emergency cases and provide essential health services,especially in light of the challenges faced by the healthcare sector in the region.
