Yesterday evening, a private car accompanied by two military vehicles entered the city of Albukamal through the Al-Qaim border crossing, according to what was reported by the DeirEzzor24 network correspondent.
Our correspondent said that the cars headed to the Al-Jami’at neighborhood amid reports that they were carrying a senior Iraqi official in the Hezbollah militia, who came to meet the Iranian pilgrims, led by “Hajj Malik”, the official of the Revolutionary Guard militia in Al-Bukamal, to discuss the military situation, bring in weapons, and offer condolences to the Iranian leaders.
It is noteworthy that the Revolutionary Guard militia set up a security cordon around the location of the Iraqi official, with its checkpoints in the area on alert.
