Yesterday, Wednesday 29-4-2020, the Municipalities and Public Services Authority of the autonomous administration in the eastern Euphrates areas of Deir Ezzor issued a decision to confiscate all the foodstuffs that came from humanitarian organizations and are intended to be sold in the markets.

The Authority directed to impose official penalties on all the shops which sell any of the stuffs that have been distributed to people by humanitarian organizations.

It is worth mentioning that this decision was taken by the Municipalities Authority after the spread of food items (not intended for sale) in the markets of Deir Ezzor, where some merchants have bought them from people and put them for sale.
