DeirEzzor24 exclusive report:
A member of the Iranian Revolutionary Guards militia was killed by a landmine explosion two days ago, and two others were injured in the explosion that occurred in the Al-Bukamal desert, east of Deir Ezzor, according to the correspondent of DeirEzzor24 network.
Our correspondent added that the dead man hails from the town of Marat in the eastern countryside of Deir Ezzor, and was accompanied by a militia leader on an inspection tour of the area near the T2 station in the Al-Bukamal countryside when the mine exploded, which led to his severe injury, injuring the commander in the neck and abdomen, and amputating the foot of another element from the city of Deir Ezzor.
It is worth noting that mines have killed dozens of Iranian militias and Assad’s forces, since the beginning of this year, after they were used by ISIS as an additional weapon against them.
