Representatives of the city of Al-Quriyah met with the Governor of Deir Ezzor, Mr. “Hussein Al-Salama”, the day before yesterday, and the problems and difficulties facing the city were discussed, according to a reporter of the DeirEzzor24 network.
Our reporter said, according to a special source, that the representatives of Al-Quriyah discussed with the governor the necessary solutions to overcome these difficulties, and the most important topics raised were activating the municipality, as the governor promised to reactivate the municipality and provide it with service mechanisms and visit it soon to fully determine its requirements.
The attendees discussed the problem of irrigation and cooperatives, and the delegation demanded that they be provided with supplies so that they never stop, and the governor promised to connect the cooperatives to the direct electricity line.
Among the problems discussed in the meeting were the ovens, as it was agreed to maintain the city’s oven and renew it within days, in addition to addressing the problem of
seeds and fertilizers, and promises were given to secure all the farmers’ requirements.
This meeting comes amid attempts by community and civil activities from all parts of Deir Ezzor Governorate to try to find solutions to the most important problems in coordination with the governorate.
