DeirEzzor24 exclusive report:
The Assad regime’s Ministry of Electricity increased Deir Ezzor Governorate’s share of electricity by 5 megawatt hours, according to a Deir Ezzor 24 network correspondent.
Our correspondent said that these hours were allocated by the governor for agricultural irrigation for a period of 6 hours at dawn and for two days a week only for each of Al-Shumaytiyah, Al-Husseiniyah, Buqras, and Al-Quria.
He added that the increase is not proportional to its transfer to the agricultural sector, which needs many times that amount, and its weak allocation is nothing but a cover for the golden lines that are fed 24 hours a day at the headquarters of the Iranian militias, the security branches, and the influential people in the province.
It is noteworthy that the Deir Ezzor Electricity Company is reducing the frequency protection (Hz) of the Al-Tala’i station under the pretext of protecting breakers, which makes the low current insufficient to operate the starting of agricultural motors.
