DeirEzzor24 exclusive report:
The Fourth Division checkpoint in the Panorama area at the southern entrance to the city of Deir Ezzor stopped an ice cream truck worth more than 150 million liras belonging to the well-known (Bahloul) stores in Deir Ezzor Governorate, according to a DeirEzzor24 network reporter.
According to the reporter, the checkpoint released this shipment of ice cream, after two days of negotiations that ended with the payment of 15 million liras for the passage of the shipment.
The Fourth Division checkpoint and the so-called demarcation office stop dozens of trucks coming to the governorate daily in exchange for paying high royalties that ultimately fall on the citizen after the merchant raises the value of the goods to compensate for the fees.
