The governor of Deir Ezzor issued a new decision obligating all owners of “sarafans” operating between the city of Deir Ezzor and the countryside to stop in “Al Haraka” Square near the public park and Salloum Hospital, according to a DeirEzzor24 network reporter.
According to the reporter, the decision also included moving the garage to that area, which requires people to ride in taxis to reach their work in the Al-Joura and Al-Qusour neighborhoods, which include most government departments and doctors’ clinics.
The Governor of Deir Ezzor, Fadel Al-Najjar, seeks to polish his government image with achievements that burden the people, with the aim of restoring life to the destroyed city by rehabilitating roundabouts and squares and erecting statues, ignoring that they are the ruins of a city.
