This morning, the city of Al-Mayadin, east of Deir Ezzor, witnessed a large deployment of Iranian militias, according to a local reporter of DeirEzzor24.
According to the reporter, the reason for the alert was the arrival of an official in the Iranian Revolutionary Guard militia in Syria, called Haj Nouzat, to the city, who is in charge of the provision of support and supplies.
Hajj Nouzat is scheduled to tour the city of Al-Mayadin, to inspect the conditions of the Iranian militias there.
