The leadership of the Iranian Revolutionary Guard militia in Al-Bukamal, east of Deir Ezzor, prevented its members from wandering along the riverbed at night, according to what a DeirEzzor24 network correspondent reported.
Our correspondent said that the militia excluded the presence of members on the bed of the Euphrates River in Albukamal, on the condition that there are written orders from the point commanders or sector commanders, for fear of the elements escaping across the river to SDF areas.
It is noteworthy that the militia informed its members that this decision comes out of fear for the members of being targeted by SDF members on the other side.
