Two days ago, Deir Ezzor witnessed a state of high alert within the ranks of the Iranian Revolutionary Guard, according to a reporter of DeirEzzor24 Network.
He pointed out that the reason for the alert was the arrival of a Lebanese Hezbollah militia commander, nicknamed “Hajj Siraj”, via Deir Ezzor Airport.
He added that the so-called “Siraj” attended meetings of some Iranian commanders in the Al-Dahiya neighborhood of Deir Ezzor city, and another in the city of Al-Mayadeen, east of Deir Ezzor.
The topics of the meetings held by “Hajj Siraj” were not known due to the great secrecy surrounding them.
