A dispute broke out between Brigadier General “Abdul Karim al-Tahtouh,” the official in charge of the 4th Division of Assad’s forces in Deir Ezzor province, and “Fadel Najjar,” the governor of Deir Ezzor, according to the correspondent of DeirEzzor24 Network.
Our correspondent said that the reason for the dispute is that the governor stopped the vehicles transporting the remains, “dumps”, which transport building materials to the brigadier general’s “al-Tahtouh” resting place on the right bank of the Euphrates River in Deir Ezzor.
“Al-Tahtouh” threatened “Al-Najjar” after stopping the trucks, which caused the halt of the construction work of his new rest house on the bank of the Euphrates River in Deir Ezzor.
