Schools in areas under the control of the Assad regime in Deir Ezzor province suffer from a failure to secure their requirements, due to the inability of the Directorate of Education to support schools.
A reporter of DeirEzzor24 Network said that the most important requirements of the deferred schools are fuel and heaters, due to the severe cold, in addition to education supplies such as printing presses, exam papers, inks, chalk, tablet pens, and chairs that are not covered by the 150 Syrian pound cooperation and activity fee.
All the schools located in the areas controlled by the Assad regime in Deir Ezzor governorate have been rehabilitated by international organizations working with the Assad regime (British Oxfam, French PUI, Christian Gopa for Development, United Nations Development Program Undp, German RSRP and Italian GVC.
