the management of the mills warehouse in the city of Deir Ezzor allocates good quality flour to the owners of certain bakeries after paying bribes to them.

According to the source, the mills’ warehouse management distributes the poor and normal quality of flours to the public ovens, whose owners do not pay bribes.
