In their alleged war on terror, the International Coalition and the SDF consider the local civilian populations as legitimate targets for the achievement of their goals. “Escape from death here is impossible. If you can escape from the clutches of the organization, you may be prey to the minefields planted by it in surrounding areas. This is a prison for us.
